Directions: take 2 to 3 tablets daily with a little sun exposure. Amino acids are best taken 30 minutes before meals or at bedtime. Each tablet contains on average: L-Tyrosine 200mg, PABA 200mg, Calcium phosphate, Magnesium stearate, Acacia, Stearic acid, Copper sulphate (3mg copper) 7.86mg.
