PreMenstrual Complex provides nutrients that work together to help maintain balanced hormones and healthy glucose metabolism, in the days leading up to menstruation. Starflower Oil and True Food® Natural Vitamin E are also recommended. Not advisable if pregnant or taking warfarin.
Suggested intake: Take 1 capsule 4 times a day, for the 14 days before the start of menstruation.
