These capsules contain only dried powdered Sage in a hard capsule shell to maintain the potency of the plant. The capsules can be opened to make a herbal tea. Manufacturer states no additives are introduced into the product during the manufacturing process.
Directions: take one or two capsules daily with food, or add the contents of the capsule(s) to hot water to make a herbal tea.
