Provides a spectrum of friendly lactic bacteria which inhabit the healthy gut. May aid digestion and promote natural bowel regularity.
It may be chosen after a course of antibiotics, or during exposure to changes in food and water (for instance, during foreign travel).
Directions: as a food supplement take one capsule two to four times daily, with food. Swallow with water or with milk, if it can be tolerated.
