Fish oil super concentrate, equivalent to 1000mg standard fish oil concentrate. This is a revised formulation of a product Quest have sold for many years. It used to be 1000mg of standard fish oil, the new super concentrated form has a smaller, more easily swallowable 500mg capsule. However, although smaller, it contains the same amount of EPA and DHA as it did before, and the same amount as at least one other well known brand of standard fish oil concentrate.
Provides Omega 3 fatty acids. Providing 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA per capsule with natural source Vitamin E. 90 capsules. Quest Gamma EPA contains Fish Oil providing Omega 3 fatty acids. Countries consuming naturally high amounts of oily fish have excellent records of health, in particular respects. As part of a healthy low fat diet and lifestyle, Fish oil may help to maintain a healthy heart.
Directions: as a food supplement, take one or two capsules daily with a meal. Swallow with water.
