Directions: Shake bottle for at least 15 seconds every time used, insert nozzle to the head of the spray, and spray contents 3-4 times to the back of the throat before retiring for the night, detach nozzle and rinse with lukewarm water. Once used, refrain from eating, smoking or alcohol, for best results. Always read full instructions which come with the product.
