vertese™ Omega Oil capsules come in packs of both 30's and 60's and each capsule contains 500mg of a balanced blend of seven plant oils which provide: 200mg of the Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acid, Alpha-Linolenic Acid ( ALA); 100mg of the Omega 6 Essential Fatty Acid, Linoleic Acid (LA); 100mg of the Omega 9 Fatty Acid, Oleic Acid (OL).
The capsules are made from cold pressed vegetable oils and contain 100% of the RDA of vitamin E. Vitamin E is an antioxidant which helps protect body fats from the harmful effects of excess free radicals. It can also help to maintain healthy looking skin.
