Co-enzyme Q10 is a fat soluble substance. The Co-enzyme Q10 in Bio-Quinone is dissolved in dissolved in soya. This specific formula has been demonstrated, the manufacturers say, to have the highest degree of bio-availablity. Consequently, it gives the best overall effect. In tests comparing Bio-Quinone with other Co-enzyme Q10 formulations, it was found to have an absorption rate 1.5 times to almost 2 times that of the other products tested.
Directions: one capsule per day. In case of particular need 2-3 capsules per day, or as directed by your doctor. To be taken with food.
