HCA is a derivative of Citric acid that is found in a variety of tropical plants including Garcinia cambogia (Tamarind fruit). Best taken 30 minutes before a meal. A daily multivitamin is also recommended.
Suggested intake: Take 1-2 tablets up to 3 times a day, half an hour before a meal.
One tablet typically provides: 450mg HCA.
