Lecithin, technically called a phospholipid, is a tasty natural source of the phosphatidyls Choline and Inositol. Both may play a role in fat metabolism. Phosphatidyl Choline may also play an important role in the healthy functioning of nerves and the brain.
Directions: Lecithin granules can be added to any meal, drink, or used as a cooking ingredient. Sprinkle 1 to 2 level tablespoons (7.5g) of granules onto cereals, stir into fruit juices or add to cooking. Lecithin makes a useful thickener in soups and casseroles.
