This delicious shake provides all the essential vitamins and minerals, plus fibre and protein from almonds, flax, sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds, oat bran, organic quinoa, rice, soya and white beetroot. Organic apples give the shake a great apple taste. Naturally sweetened with FOS (fructo- oligosaccharides), which provide food for friendly bacteria. Note: contains vitamin A: do not take if pregnant or planning pregnancy. Contains nuts. B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow - this is normal.
Directions: always read carefully the detailed instructions and precautions which come with the product. Blend one level scoop (typically 30g) with half a pint of skimmed milk, soya milk, rice milk or fruit juice and a piece of low GI/GL fruit of your choice. For best results, drink within 10 minutes.
