Traditionally used for the symptomatic relief of tensenesss, irritability or agitation due to the stresses and strains of modern life. Relieves Nervous Tension. Active Ingredients: Hops, Scullcap, Valerian, Vervain.
Hops are sedative, relaxant, diuretic and hypnotic in higher dosage; Scullcap and Valerian are relaxant and induce sleep; Vervain is sedative, relaxant, nerve restorative, breaks spasms and mildly induces perspiration.
Dose (adults all ages): take two tablets, three times a day. Not for children. Always read the directions on the bottle.
Active ingredients (average per tablet): Hops 75mg, Scullcap 45mg, Dry extract Valerian 4=1 25mg, the Valerian extract provides 0.8% Valerenic acids, Dry extract Vervain 3=1 30mg. Also contains Sucrose, Acacia, Talc, Magnesium Stearate, Sodium starch Glycollate, Kaolin light and Yellow and Red Iron oxides.
