Directions: oral use only. Adults and elderly: take 1 capsule 3 times a day. Swallow whole with water. Do not chew the capsule. Important: Always read carefully the detailed instructions and precautions which come with the product. This product contains St John's Wort, which should not be taken at the same time as other medicines, including many which may be prescribed by your doctor, and also the contraceptive "pill" and some non prescription products. Do not use if under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, about to undergo surgery, suffering from depression, allergic to any of the ingredients.
Ingredients: each hard capsule contains St John's Wort aerial parts (Hypericum perforatum) 300mg. The capsule shell is made from hypromellose.
