This organic fresh herb tincture contains unpollinated Hops and the root of Valerian.
Directions: adults: 20-30 drops in a little water half an hour before retiring. Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age in a little water or mjuice half an hour before bedtime. Always read carefully the detailed instructions and precautions which come with the product. Not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Seek medical advice before use if pregnant. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
