Valerian, with its unusual aroma, has been valued for many years. Tincture of organically grown Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) roots, extracted in alcohol. (67% v/v).
Directions: Adults: 10 drops 3 times a day or 30 drops before bedtime, in a little water. This product is not recommended for children.
