Ingredients: Ground Coriander/Cumin, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Garam Masala, Red Chilli powder, Sea Salt, Sugar and Peppercorns. Carefully blended and packed in the UK.
You will need the following fresh ingredients: Chicken (8 thighs or 4 breast fillets), 2 medium Onions, 3 Garlic cloves, 1 sq. inch of root ginger, Tomatoes (*), Lemon Juice, 1 bunch fresh Coriander, cooking oil.
Full cooking instructions are included. (*) Note: Spice-N-Tice suggest using a 200ml tin of tomatoes, we have found that fresh tomatoes work even better with this recipe, giving a fresher taste, and requiring little or no water to be added to the cooking. Simply take 5-7 cooking tomatoes, cover them in a bowl of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, then remove their skins and chop, before adding to the dish.
