Lecithin is a naturally occurring mixture of compounds called phosphatids or phospholipids, the principal ones being Phosphotidyl Choline, Phosphotidyl Inositol and Cephalin.
No sugar, starch, salt, lactose, gluten, live yeasts, synthetic flavours, artificial colours or spurious preservatives are used.
Directions: as a food supplement, swallow 1-2 capsules daily, preferably with a little liquid.
