Shipping Options



Save Money: our flat rate shipping charges are usually a set amount per order, so adding extra items to an order will reduce the average shipping cost per item. We usually make a flat rate charge per order on all UK orders. However, heavier items will be charged at a higher rate and do not benefit from the flat shipping.

We are also offering FREE SHIPPING on selected products.

For very large orders, we reserve the right to charge shipping on an individual basis. If this applies to your order, we will contact you direct before shipping to make you aware of this.

UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail first class and usually take 1-2 days to arrive after shipment. Please allow 3-4 days from the date your order is placed.

Overseas orders are shipped by Air Mail and delivery times vary by country. Shipments to Western Europe usually take 5-7 days from the date your order is placed. Shipments elsewhere may take up to 14 days from the date your order is placed.

Please note: we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are outside of our control. For UK shipments, you may request a next day Special Delivery, please call us on 0845-370-3203 to arrange this.

In addition, if your delivery address is in the USA or Canada we regret we will not be able to supply you, as we do not ship to these countries.

Our packing materials

We reserve the right to vary the materials we use, however currently the majority of our products are packed in cardboard postal boxes, and we use flo-pak green filler to prevent the products moving around within the boxes. A few glass items may also be wrapped in bubble wrap.

flo pack green is made by FP international and they state it has the following environmentally positive features and benefits:
* manufactured from 100% recycled polystyrene
* degrades in the presence of micro-organisms
* re-usable and re-cyclable
* cleaner and lighter than starch loosefill or paper.
