Dr Hauschka Deodorants are natural and very gentle deodorants, free from parabens and aluminium. Rather than stopping perspiration by clogging pores they stop the sweat from breaking down and smelling. Herb and plant extracts contribute to a pleasant fragrance and nurture and protect the skin. Anti-perspirant deodorants are aluminium-based preparations that are acidic in character. These preparations are highly astringent with the aim to constrict the pores, which in turn drastically reduces the output of sweat. The Dr.Hauschka Deodorants contain Zinc Ricinoleate that dissolves odours and Triethyl Citrate (a natural product) that inhibits enzymatic decomposition of sweat.
Jasmine and Lilac essential oils give this mild, creamy deodorant a soft floral scent. It is ideal for sensitive skin and Neem leaf and Sage extracts soothe and purify the skin. Odours are absorbed without clogging the pores.
