Directions: first use a suitable shampoo, such as Jason natural lavender shampoo. Rinse well. Massage Jason natural lavender conditioner into hair and scalp. Leave on for at least one minute. For damaged hair or extra conditioning, allow to remain on for up to 15 minutes.
