Its confession time, we really like the idea of a good, effective, deet-free mosquito and insect repellent that really works! But, we did wonder if it was really possible. So it was really good news to get the following feedback from a regular visitor to Africa, recently:

May be a safe alternative to deet. Possibly one of the strongest products available for this purpose, protecting from mosquitos and other biting or stinging insects, yet without chemicals. Repels and camouflages. Vegan.

Apply directly onto skin and / or clothing, reapply after contact with water or as required. External use only. May be used by all the family from age over 6 months upwards.
Ingredients: alcohol, Citrepel 75 (eucalyptus maculata citriodora), organic java citronella, camphor, rose geranium, menthol, linalool, limone, citronellol, citral, eugenol, geraniol and farnesol.
