Antioxidant testing: the manufacturer states that the product has been tested for its antioxidant activity by Brunswick Laboratories. It was found to have an ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) of 8260 umol TE per 30ml portion. They further state that a diet with an average of 5 portions per day of fruit and vegetables typically contains an ORAC value of between 1470 and 1870 umol TE.
The manufacturer claims that their processing methods preserve and harness the potent antioxidants of their carefully selected Montmorency cherries.
