A rich source of Omega 3,6 and 9 fatty acids. Contains MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) from Coconut oil, CLA (Conjugated Linoleic acid) and Vitamin E from Wheatgerm oil. Wheatgerm oil is also a source of Octacosanol.
Directions: as a food supplement, take three teaspoons daily with food, or as directed by your medical advisor.
