Iron is an essential mineral for carrying oxygen around your body and maintaining good health. Spatone iron is naturally in water, so that it is easily and gently absorbed by your body. It is less likely to cause side effects (such as constipation and stomach irritation) sometimes accompanying supplementation with iron.
Pack contains 28 one-a-day sachets, each containing 20ml. Add to fruit juice, as iron may be more easily absorbed when taken with vitamin C.
