Lamberts® MagAsorb® provides a full 150mg of magnesium per tablet. Magnesium is in the citrate form in this MagAsorb® product, since this is the form of the mineral believed to be easily absorbed by the body. Food supplement. Suitable for vegetarians. 180 tablets.
