Super OsteoFood provides a full spectrum of nutrients for bone strength, which includes not only Calcium and Magnesium, but many other ingredients that may support bone strength, e.g. Manganese, Zinc, Copper, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin D plus True Food SuperPotency Soyagen®. Easy tablet to swallow. A daily multivitamin is also recommended. Not advisable if taking Warfarin.
